Self-Inspection & Correction Declaration

Ruijie Networks expects all its suppliers and partners to embrace the philosophy of long-term cooperation. If any of the following inappropriate practices have occurred, suppliers and partners are encouraged to proactively conduct self-inspection and take corrective actions. It is important to move past any previous discrepancies and establish a solid foundation for sustainable and compliant collaboration in the future.

For any of the following violations, suppliers and partners who proactively declare them will be subject to mitigated punishment or exemption from punishment:

1. 1.Offering gifts, favors, or other valuable items to employees of Ruijie Networks;
2. 2.Accepting business referrals or similar benefits from emplovees of Rujije Networks for your company;
3. 3.Concealing any information that may adversely affect the interests of Ruijie Networks;
4. 4.Providing false qualifications or documents;
5. 5.Other acts that violate the terms of the integrity agreement signed between the two parties.
