Conflict of Interest Declaration

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, fully embody the spirit of fair, impartial, honest and trustworthy cooperation, and oppose commercial fraud, suppliers/partners of Ruijie Networks are required to timely, proactively and truthfully declare all conflict of interest matters, including but not limited to:

1. 1. Employees of Ruijie Networks are working in or holding shares of your company;
2. 2. Relatives of Ruijie Networks employees are working in or holding shares of your company;
3. 3. Former employees of Ruijie Networks are working in or holding shares of your company;
4. 4. Your company has multiple affiliated parties that have economic interests with Ruijie Networks, including but not limited to parent-subsidiary relationships or shared senior management;
5. 5. Other conflict of interest contents specified in the integrity agreement signed between the two parties.
